Inter 2–1 Kairat Almaty – Inter stay perfect

Inter Milan kept their 100% record alive with a tough win at San Siro. Lautaro Martínez broke the deadlock just before halftime, but the visitors hit back through Ofri Arad’s header early in the second half — the first goal Inter have conceded this season. Carlos Augusto restored the lead with a powerful strike from distance, sealing three points for the Nerazzurri.

Manchester City 4–1 Borussia Dortmund – Foden takes centre stage

Manchester City were unstoppable at home, with Phil Foden stealing the show. The midfielder scored twice — both calm, clinical finishes — while Erling Haaland added another against his former team. Dortmund pulled one back through Waldemar Anton, but substitute Rayan Cherki’s late goal wrapped up a convincing win. City remain one of the most complete sides in Europe right now.

Club Brugge 3–3 Barcelona – A six-goal thriller

Barcelona fought back three times to draw a breathless match in Belgium. Carlos Forbs scored twice for Club Brugge in a standout performance, while teenager Lamine Yamal dazzled with his runs and a goal of his own. Barça hit the post three times but couldn’t find a winner.

Ajax 0–3 Galatasaray – Osimhen runs the show

It was a night to forget for Ajax as Victor Osimhen tore them apart with a brilliant hat-trick. The Nigerian striker scored a header and two penalties, becoming only the second Galatasaray player ever to score a Champions League treble. Ajax’s defense had no answer to his pace and power as the Turkish side cruised to victory in Amsterdam.

Qarabağ FK 2–2 Chelsea – Late drama in Baku

Chelsea took the lead early through young star Estêvão, but were caught cold as Qarabağ turned the game around with two quick goals. Alejandro Garnacho came off the bench to rescue a point for the Blues after fine work from Liam Delap. Both sides had chances late on, but neither could find the winner.

Pafos 1–0 Villarreal – History for Cyprus

Cypriot debutants Pafos made history with their first-ever Champions League win, beating Villarreal 1–0. Derrick Luckassen’s header right after the restart sealed the famous result, while goalkeeper Neofytos Michael produced key saves to deny the Spanish side.

Newcastle United 2–0 Athletic Club – Burn leads the charge

Newcastle continued their excellent form, earning a third straight win and a clean sheet. Dan Burn opened the scoring with a stunning curling header before Joelinton doubled the lead early in the second half. Eddie Howe’s men are rising fast up the table, showing both steel and flair in Europe.

Benfica 0–1 Bayer Leverkusen – Schick strikes again

Benfica dominated but couldn’t finish their chances, hitting the bar twice before being punished. Patrik Schick capitalised on a defensive mistake to nod in the only goal. The result leaves Benfica at the bottom of their group and without a point.

Marseille 0–1 Atalanta – Samardžić wins it late.

A tight game in France was decided by one moment of magic. Substitute Lazar Samardžić cut inside and curled a beauty into the top corner, giving Atalanta a deserved win after dominating much of the match.
