India relied on Yashavi Jaiswal and Ravindra Jadeja to beat England by 434 runs in their third Test match.
Jaiswal’s double ton and Jadeja’s five-wicket haul enabled the hosts to pull off the win in Rajkot on Sunday. Kuldeep Yadav, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Jasprit Bumrah also played key roles in the victory.

The win enabled India to take a decisive 2-1 lead in their five Test match series against England.
Yadav took wickets, while Ashwin and Bumrah took one wicket each in the match. It was India’s biggest win in the series so far.
Jadeja’s seven wickets in the Test and 112 with the bat in the first innings earned him player of the match. The 22-year-old Jaiswal remains the leading batsman in the series with 545 runs.
Former India head coach Ravi Shastri lauded Jaiswal for his impressive performance.
“Impressed with the way (Yashasvi) Jaiswal has stepped up today. Not just with the bat, but his performance on the field, too,” Shastri said. “Jaiswal reminds me of a young Tendulkar. Busy all the time.”
“I think going forward, he (Jaiswal) could be one of (captain) Rohit‘s (Sharma) go-to part-time options,” the former coach added.
India hopes to finish off England in the fourth Test set in Ranchi on February 23.
