Messi rejoins Argentina squad
Messi, 37, last represented the reigning World Cup champions in November 2024.
A muscle injury subsequently sidelined Messi from the March doubleheader.
However, Lionel Scaloni’s side successfully secured their qualification for the next World Cup despite Messi’s absence.

Messi, 37, arrived at the training complex named in his honor, just outside Buenos Aires, for his first practice with the Albiceleste.
Argentina currently leading the Conmebol standings with 31 points.
They will face Chile on the road on Thursday before hosting Colombia at the Estadio Monumental in Buenos Aires.
