Messi is back for Argentina World Cup qualifiers
Argentina announced its squad on Thursday for the upcoming FIFA international window, featuring players based abroad.
Inter Miami’s 37-year-old star missed Argentina’s recent World Cup qualifiers due to an adductor injury.
However, the team still secured qualification for next year’s tournament with wins over Uruguay and Brazil.

The defending champions will face Chile away on June 5 and then host sixth-place Colombia in Buenos Aires on June 10.
Meanwhile, Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho has been included in Argentina’s 28-man squad named by coach Lionel Scaloni.
Garnacho had been omitted from previous matches for tactical reasons.
