Kylian Mbappe left the pitch with a thigh injury after scoring his 50th Champions League goal in Real Madrid’s 3-2 win against Atalanta.

Mbappe scores his 50th Champions League goal
Goals from Mbappe, Vinicius Jr, and Jude Bellingham helped Madrid snap a two-game losing run in the competition.
However, it was Mbappe’s night until he want down with an injury.
The France forward controlled a pass from Brahim Daaz with his left foot, sped past a defender, and fired a right-footed shot into the far corner in the first 10 minutes of the match.
Mbapp reached the 50-goal milestone in 79 matches — the fourth fastest in Champions League history.
Leicester City coach Ruud van Nistelrooy reached the 50-goal milestone in 62 games, followed by Inter Miami star Lionel Messi in 66 games and Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski in 77 games.
Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo leads the all-time Champions League scoring list with 140 goals.
Meanwhile, Madrid went onto secure a 3-2 win after second-half goals from Vinicius and Bellingham.
Mbappe suffers thigh injury
Mbappe had a perfect night, until Mbappe was forced off in the 35th minute.
ESPN reported that the 26-year-old felt discomfort in his left thigh and will undergo tests on Wednesday.
“[Mbappé] has a strain, some discomfort in his thigh,” Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti told Movistar after the match.
“We’ll have to see. It doesn’t look serious, but I don’t know, we’ll see tomorrow. He couldn’t sprint. It was bothering him, so we had to substitute him.”
Despite the win, Madrid remains in the unseeded playoff positions, sitting in 18th place.
“An important win, with the three points and for morale, going into Christmas. We’re getting players back, Vini played today, Rodrygo played, we’ll get [Eduardo] Camavinga back. We have to hang on until Christmas,” Ancelotti said.
“We could get into the top eight [in Champions League standings]. The objective is clear, we have two games, and we have to win both.”
