ICC TO START PAKISTAN LEG OF CHAMPIONS TROPHY 2025 TICKET SALES
Expect the ICC to start the Pakistan leg of the Champions Trophy 2025 ticket sales on Tuesday.
This, despite host Pakistan’s stadium renovation efforts have yet to be completed with the tournament set next month.
Furthermore, the Pakistan government has yet to confirm completion dates for the playing stadiums in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.
Moreover, the ICC expects the handover of the stadiums’ completion on Thursday.
The tournament is scheduled to open in Pakistan and Dubai on February 19.
On the other hand, the minimum price for the standard ticket, the ICC (International Cricket Council) said, will be pegged at PKR1000 (USD3.56).
Premium seating tickets will start from PKR1,500 (USD5.34).
PCB ASSURES DELAYED CONSTRUCTION WORK ON VENUES NOT AN ISSUE
Moreover, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) assured that the delayed construction work on the three playing venues will not be an issue.
Furthermore, the board is referring to the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, and the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.
The presence of an ICC delegation, as well as broadcasters, can attest to the real-time efforts to complete the playing venues’ renovation on time.
Officials from hospitality and event operations in Pakistan were also fielded to oversee construction work.
Meanwhile, ticket sales for the Dubai, where India will play all of its matches, have yet to go on sale.

Furthermore, an ICC official welcomes fans to start rushing to but their tickets for the tournament.
Moreover, ICC Chief Commercial Officer Anurag Dahiya cited the historic importance of the event.
He said that it would be Pakistan’s first to host the tournament in 29 years.
“We are thrilled to announce the official ticket on-sale for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025,” the ICC officer said.
“This is a significant moment for cricket in Pakistan, hosting their first global cricket tournament since 1996,” he added.
