Cricket legends and former players from India and around the globe joined together to extend their heartfelt congratulations to Team Australia on their historic triumph, clinching their maiden ICC World Test Champions (WTC) title.

Australia’s remarkable 209-run victory at The Oval secured their status as worthy WTC Champions and dealt India their second defeat in two WTC Finals.

The happy reactions were not limited to Ponting and Hayden alone, as numerous Indian cricket stars also took to social media platforms to shower Australia with well-deserved praise and congratulations.
