Novak Djokovic added another record to his collection after staying as world No.1 in the ATP rankings for 414 weeks.
DJOKOVIC PADS LEAD OVER FEDERER
The Serbian superstar is now 104 weeks ahead of retired Swiss tennis maestro Roger Federer, who spent 310 weeks on top. This means Djokovic is two years’ worth of weeks more at No.1 than Federer.

Only Djokovic is the active player in the distinct list. After Federer, Pete Sampras is third with 286 weeks at No.1, followed by Ivan Lendl (270) and Jimmy Connors (268).
Djokovic’s stock seemed unaffected despite his failure to defend his Australian Open last month. The Serbian lost to eventual champion Jannik Sinner in the semifinals.
GETTING READY FOR INDIAN WELLS
Expect fans to anticipate Djokovic’s return to the court when he competes in Indian Wells next week. He lifted the trophy of that tournament in 2008, 2011, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz remains at No.2 followed by Sinner at third, Daniil Medvedev (fourth), and Adrey Rublev rounding out the top five.
German Alexander Zverev is at No.6 on the ATP list. Holger Rune, Hubert Hurkacz, Alex de Minaur, and Taylor Fritz round out the top ten.
