Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka will not join the England squad for friendlies against Brazil and Belgium due to unspecified injury.

Saka out of Southgate due to injury
Saka, 22, reported to St George’s Park earlier in the week.
England faces Brazil at Wembley Stadium on Saturday before hosting Belgium on March 26.
Saka returned to Arsenal for “continued rehabilitation.”
“Bukayo Saka has left the England camp and returned to his club for continued rehabilitation,” a Football Association statement said on Thursday.
“The Arsenal forward reported to St George’s Park with an injury and has been unable to participate in training.”
“No further replacements are planned as a 25-man England squad continues their preparation for the forthcoming internationals with Brazil and Belgium.”
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich star Harry Kane will suit up for England despite nursing an ankle injury.
Outstanding for Arsenal
Saka has been in fine form for his club this season, with Arsenal leading the Premier League table with 10 games left.
The Gunners will face Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final.
Saka has scored 16 goals for Arsenal this season – including 13 in the Premier League.
For Southgate, Saka has 11 goals in 32 appearances for his country.
In September 2023, Saka was named England men’s player of the year for the second season running.
