The ongoing cricket spat between Virat Kohli, Gautam Gambhir, and Naveen-ul-Haq shows no signs of slowing down, especially after Naveen cryptic post. It’s been five days since the two Indian cricketers had a heated exchange on the field, and the off-field chatter continues.
Prior to the fight between Gambhir and Kohli, Lucknow Super Giants pacer Naveen-ul-Haq got into a furious dispute on the field with the star Indian batsman, adding gasoline to an already hot scenario. Both Kohli and Gambhir were fined 100% of their match fees following the encounter, while Naveen was fined 50%.
Despite this, the players continue to poke fun at each other on social media with cryptic messages. Following the altercation, both Naveen and Kohli posted on social media.
The Afghan cricketer tweeted another mysterious post before of their match against the Gujarat Titans. On Instagram, Naveen posted a photo of himself with LSG mentor Gambhir and said, “Treat people the way you want to be treated. Talk to people the way you want to be talked to #With (goat emoticon).”
Gambhir, a former Indian cricketer and Lucknow’s guru, remarked on the post, commenting, “Be who you are!! ‘Never change.'”
Naveen responded to Gambhir, saying, “100% sir.”
Despite the fact that multiple matches have been played since the May 1st match between LSG and RCB in Lucknow, the off-field jabs and talks have continued.
