It seems that all is well between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Kylian Mbappe and coach Luis Enrique, for now at least.

Mbappe has ‘no problem’ with Enrique
Mbappe’s brace gave PSG a crucial 2-1 win over Real Sociedad in their last 16 of the Champions League Tuesday.
The Ligue 1 side’s 4-1 aggregate victory secured them a spot in the quarter-finals for the first time since 2021.
After the game, Mbappe, 25, said he has no problem with PSG boss Enrique.
“It’s fine. There is no problem with him, even if people might think there is a problem. I do have problems but the coach is not one,” Mbappe told broadcaster Canal Plus.
ESPN reported that the France team captain met with Enrique to ‘clear the air’ regarding their alleged rift.
The tension between Mbappe and Enrique began when the coach took his star player out after the first half of Friday’s 0-0 draw with Monaco.
Enrique also subbed out the superstar forward in PSG’s draw with Rennes the week prior.
The substitutions happened since Mbappe informed the club that he will leave this summer.
Winning solves everything
For now, Mbappe and Enrique are glad to lead PSG to a Champions League victory.
“We are very, very pleased to be in the quarter-finals,” Mbappe said.
“I don’t have any message in particular. I just always want to play in the Champions League,” he added.
“It is a very important competition. I try to always perform. Sometimes that happens and sometimes it doesn’t, but I will never be a player who hides.”
“We are satisfied and happy. We played really well and stopped La Real from getting back into the tie,” Enrique said.
Enrique also added that there is no need to tell Mbappe what to do.
“There is no need to manage Mbappe. He manages himself.
“Normally he has freedom, but today he was fixed on the left wing from where we wanted him to be in a good position in the final third, because when you leave him in on goal he is lethal.”
